Two giants of acting who don’t look like it, two sex symbols who did nothing to become that, two men with rare elegance, capable of making choices against the tide both on the screen and in real life: Paul Newman and Robert Redford are the protagonists of the film series “Watch out for those two” scheduled from July 3 to 30 at Casa del Cinema. Newman and Redford met in the late 1960s in the adventurous but light-hearted western Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid by George Roy Hill. The same director brought them back together a few years later, for the most famous scam in the history of cinema in The Sting.
